SHIPPING
Shipping cost is NOT included in our price. Unfortunately, we're not at that level of automatization yet. We can calculate your actual shipping cost after finishing your item and weighting it. We do have a $5 minimum S&H fee and may be able to give an estimate in some cases. If in doubt, please CONTACT us before sending any payment. We ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Unless you request something different, we ship via standard USPS to the contiguous United States. International orders can be discussed individually.
COMMUNICATION
We do our best to reply within 24 hrs. on any of our platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
Comments, ideas, and suggestions on improvements to our practices are always welcome!

We'll do our best to get to work on your order within a few days from placing it, but we depend on availability of all materials, as well as on volume of previously scheduled orders by other customers.
We can provide some customization and laser engraving options on selected items. Please ask before your order is confirmed.

Because of the nature of our goods, no returns or exchanges are accepted, but if we mess something up, we're happy to make it up to you!

As of 2021, we are a tiny team... Like 1 and 1/2 men, working 25 hrs. a day, 8 days a week, to try and serve our clients at the best of our abilities.
Don't see it on our website, but you really want it? Please ask! Chances are, we may be able to custom make it for you!
We want to make you happy with our leather products, but we do have limits to what we can make and to the style and look of our goods.
We do NOT use "faux" leather, "vegan" leather, nor "genuine" leather... None of them is actual leather!!!
Our leathers and hides are top grain or full grain only. That's the best REAL leather you can find in the world. And we treat those materials with the respect and care that you, our craft, and the animals that provided it deserve.
